Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Vitalink website and online service-request tools.
Trusted care.
Effective and last updated: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vitalink Medical Courier LLC (“Vitalink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about Vitalink and a way to submit inquiries and preliminary delivery requests. Website content is informational and may be changed without notice.
No emergencies or medical advice
Vitalink is not an emergency medical transportation provider, emergency response service, healthcare provider, or source of medical advice. Do not use this website or its forms for a medical emergency. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Delivery requests and service availability
Submitting an online request does not create a courier agreement, guarantee availability, confirm dispatch, or establish a pickup or delivery time. A request becomes accepted only after Vitalink confirms the scope, timing, handling requirements, price, and any applicable written service terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; confirm that you are authorized to request the service; properly identify lawful handling requirements; prepare and package items appropriately; provide safe and lawful access instructions; and comply with all applicable laws, facility protocols, and agreed service terms.
Protected health information and confidential material
Do not submit PHI or sensitive patient information through public website forms. When a service requires confidential information, the parties must use an authorized process and any applicable written agreement. Whether HIPAA or a business associate agreement applies depends on the parties’ relationship and the services performed.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with operation; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; or request transport of prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or improperly packaged materials.
Intellectual property
The website, Vitalink name, logo, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Vitalink and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Vitalink is not responsible for third-party availability, content, privacy practices, or terms.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalink disclaims warranties relating to website availability, accuracy, security, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the website is a guarantee of a particular delivery result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use. Any liability relating to an accepted courier service will be governed by the applicable written service agreement and law.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the jurisdiction in which Vitalink is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
